Is the payment process secure?
All payments are processed through Stripe, one of the world's leading payment platforms trusted by millions of businesses globally. Your card details are never stored on our website — they're handled entirely by Stripe using bank-level encryption. You can also view and manage your subscription directly through Stripe's secure customer portal at any time.
How do I receive selections?
All selections are delivered via our private Telegram channels. After subscribing, message Brian directly via SMS or Telegram to be granted access to the relevant channel(s) for your subscription. Selections are posted directly into the channel so you receive them instantly on your phone.
How much should I bet?
We recommend using a structured bankroll approach. Set aside a dedicated betting bank — a starting bank of 100 units is a good baseline. One unit equals 1% of your bank. For example, if your betting bank is $1,000, one unit would be $10. Our staking is between 1 unit and 5 units each selection. This disciplined approach protects your bank during losing runs while allowing steady growth over time. Never bet more than you can afford to lose, and never chase losses.
When are selections sent?
For horse racing, selections are typically sent by the morning of race day. For greyhounds, selections are generally sent in the afternoon ahead of evening meetings. If no runner meets our criteria on a given day, no selection is sent. Quality over quantity — always.
What is the Quarterly Performance Guarantee?
Our Quarterly Performance Guarantee applies to quarterly subscriptions for the Horses and Greyhounds products. If our official published results don't show a profit for the quarter, your next quarter is free. Applies to paid quarters only. We publish results transparently so you can track performance at any time. The guarantee does not apply to Godolphin or Gold Product subscriptions.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel at any time. Your access remains active until the end of your current paid period. There are no lock-in contracts and no cancellation fees. You can manage your subscription through Stripe's customer portal, or contact Brian directly.
What makes DRM different from other tipping services?
Three things. First, discipline — we don't tip for the sake of it. If nothing meets our criteria, no selection is sent. Second, transparency — our results are published for members to review. Third, accountability — our Quarterly Performance Guarantee means if we don't perform, you don't pay for the next quarter. Most services take your money regardless of results.
